Delivery Lead Times
To meet your delivery requirements we use professional carriers who deliver anywhere within Ireland. Your location and order size will impact on the time we can get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are a between 3 to 4 working days

At this time we DO NOT deliver outside of Ireland.
Tracking Your Order
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, we will contact you by email and or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
For larger orders consisting of bulky or fragile items, you will also receive a call from one of our professional furniture removalists to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
Signature on Delivery
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.
All orders will attract a standard delivery charge of €30.00, no matter how many items you buy.
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within two working days of being accepted.
Deliveries are only made on working days and not on weekends.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email that contains a tracking number for each shipment that makes up all or part of your order.
Please click on Order Tracking and insert the tracking number to track your order.
All deliveries are door to door only
Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays
Our delivery service does not include assembly or the disposal of wrapping
All delivery time frames are estimates only, we cannot be held responsible for delay’s outside of our control
Delivery Method – Courier
Online orders are delivered using courier, so that they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes and Private Bags are not accepted for security reasons.
Collection of your Order – FREE
Collect your ZINZAN purchase to save on the delivery charge.
Collections are made from our facilities unit at: SPECTRUM Unit 4044, Kingswood Avenue, Citywest Business Campus, Naas Road, Dublin 24, Ireland at no extra charges, Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5pm only.
Please contact us and advise which day and time you are collecting, so that your order is ready when you arrive. Thank you.
We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund less freight. Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

ZINZAN’s warranty period is for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the manufacturing process and does not cover faults that are as a direct result of misuse, accident or wear and tear. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty we will in the first instance endeavour to repair it at no charge to the customer. Where the product cannot be repaired we will replace it with the same or similar product. If that is not possible a refund will be made.

When enacting a return please ensure that you have:
Completed the downloaded ZINZAN Returns Form
That the items are returned with proof of purchase, in original box/packaging and any labels etc.
Please keep your record/receipt of your return shipment until you have been sent your credit note, replacement or refund.
