At this time we DO NOT deliver outside of Ireland. Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email and or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
Returns Policy We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website . If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund less freight. Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within two working days of being accepted. Deliveries are only made on working days and not on weekends. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email that contains a tracking number for each shipment that makes up all or part of your order.

ZINZAN provides a 12 month warranty for products that have been purchased in IRELAND. This warranty is in accordance with Irish Law (Consumer Act 2007). The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Law. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way. If a replacement due to a warranty claim is necessary, replacement goods can be shipped to an Irish address only.
